Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Buyer Responsibility:
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping and postage fees.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your package.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate the issue and offer a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Underwear & Swimwear (if the hygiene seal or labels have been removed or broken).

Pierced jewellery (if the protective seal has been tampered with).

Custom or personalized products (including special orders).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. Items must still meet our return eligibility criteria.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important:
- Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Responsibility

- Always obtain proof of postage when returning items in case you need to track your shipment.
- We are not responsible for items returned by mistake. If we can locate the item, we may ask you to cover the shipping cost to send it back.
Fair Use Policy
We monitor return activity. If we notice an unusual pattern of excessive returns, such as:
- Frequent orders and returns beyond a reasonable amount.
- Returned items that don’t match what was ordered.
We reserve the right to deactivate accounts and associated accounts if return abuse is detected. If you believe this is in error, contact our Customer Care team for clarification.
If your account has been deactivated but you need to make a valid return, please contact us. A return label will be provided, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
