This light textured eye lotion contains a high 5% concentration of caffeine as well as highly purified Epigallocatechin Gallatyl Glucoside (ECGC), an ingredient derived from green tea leaves. Studies have shown that topical use of both ingredients can help reduce puffiness and dark circles in the delicate eye area. Caffeine has also been shown to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
