Achieve a post-cleanse glow with Witch Hazel and Rosewater Toner, an essential oil-enriched formula that replenishes and restores the skin. With hydrating and antioxidant properties including aloe vera, rosewater and rose oil, the toner gently removes surface impurities to reveal a fresh, rejuvenated complexion.
DIRECTIONS:
- After cleansing, apply to skin with a cotton pad.
- Wipe in sweeping, outward motions until the cotton comes up clean.
