The chocolate tastes different, almost like it’s expired. It doesn’t taste fresh and has an unpleasant smell.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the Galaxy Counters did not taste as expected.
We would, however, like to clarify for the benefit of other customers that the chocolate supplied was not expired and was within its stated best-before date when dispatched from the UK.
As this order contained several chocolate products and was shipped internationally to Dubai during the summer, unfortunately chocolate can be affected by the very high temperatures experienced during international transportation and final delivery. Heat exposure can alter the taste, smell, appearance and texture of chocolate even when the product is within its best-before date.
We ensure that our products are checked before dispatch, but unfortunately we cannot control the temperatures parcels may be exposed to once they are in the courier network.
Nevertheless, we're sorry that the product did not reach you in the condition you expected and appreciate your feedback.

It’s so shameful I ordered HoliRoots oil and after one months waiting time so long i got wrong oil which is smooth and shone I didn’t order it and it’s charge same holi roots and shine oil was cheaper so shameful I’ll never order it again

Regarding the delivery time, we do want to gently clarify that our processing and shipping timelines are clearly stated at checkout, and Economy shipping — the option selected for your order — does not include expedited customs clearance, which can add time beyond our control once your parcel leaves us. We always aim to be transparent about this upfront.
That said, the wrong item is absolutely on us and we want to make it right. Please contact us via our website and reference your order details, and we will arrange for the correct Fable & Mane HoliRoots Hair Oil to be sent to you as a priority.
